• Corporate Contact Management
  This application searches contacts that are maintained in different databases.
• The client currently using it pulls information from Accounting Software, General Contacts Database, Salesman's Outlook contacts and a Custom Estimating system. Requires Microsoft Access program or run-time.
• Purchasing System
  This program streamlines the purchasing process. You can view past purchases by vendor or item. It generates open order report, purchases by item, purchases by vendor, outstanding invoices and the purchase order. Requires SQL Server Express 2005 on server.
• Document Retrieval
  The client produces shop drawings using AutoCad. The files are stored on the network server in folders for each year. Each person storing drawing files uses different file names. They all have the job number somewhere in the file name and have the file extension of "dwg". This program scans these folders and inserts the file names in a database which can be search by job number. The user is shown a list of files for that job and can click a button to have the drawing opened in a viewer. They do not have to have AutoCad installed on their computer.
• LTL Freight Cost Estimator
  This program is part of an estimating systems. The client ships products anywhere in United States by truck. The estimating program sends the weight, zip code and freight classification to this program which returns the freight cost bases on their current contract with YRC. Required Microsoft Access or runtime.
• UPC (Universal Product Code) Database
  This program cross references companies and produces by UPC.
